The N.C. State Board of Elections on Tuesday (April 7) unanimously ordered a new Republican primary election for Columbus County Commissioner District 2.
The State Board of Elections and N.C. Division of Motor Vehicles have launched a service to allow NCDMV customers to apply to register to vote or update existing voter registration information online.
After the March 3 primary election, the State Board will randomly select precincts, early voting sites and by-mail ballots to be counted by hand in every county. The random selection will take place at 11 a.m. Wednesday (March 4).
