The State Board of Elections today announced that 27 presidential candidates will appear on North Carolina’s presidential primary ballot.

The State Board of Elections today announced that it has hired veteran reporter and anchor Jackie Hyland as the agency’s public information officer. Hyland spent more than two decades covering national and local news in New York, Dallas, and Raleigh, most recently at the CBS-affiliate WRAL in Raleigh.
