Karen Brinson Bell, executive director of the State Board of Elections, will hold a virtual press availability from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 15, to discuss the start of in-person early voting in the March 5 presidential preference primary in North Carolina.
Brinson Bell will give brief remarks about the start of in-person voting for the primary, as well as the voter photo ID requirement for in-person and absentee voters.
Following her remarks, Brinson Bell and Paul Cox, general counsel at the State Board, will answer questions.
