Comment on Proposed Rules
The State Board of Elections invites the public to comment on two rules that will establish the standards and procedures for an electronic poll book certification program in North Carolina.

Members of the public may comment on the proposed rules in any of the following ways from Sept. 15 through Nov. 14, 2023.

A virtual public hearing will also be held at 11 a.m. Oct. 2, 2023. Comments will be compiled and submitted to the State Board before its final consideration of the proposed rules.
