You are advised of official request for a second primary for the Republican Party nomination in U.S. House of Representatives District 8 between candidates Richard Hudson and Scott Keadle. County boards of elections should immediately inform precinct officials and polling locations that all second primaries in North Carolina will be conducted July 17, 2012, pursuant to G.S. § 163-111(e). Questions may be directed to myself or Johnnie McLean.
