- The explanation we have provided and posted on the State Board website should be posted on all local board of elections’ websites or a link provided to the document on the state’s website. Electronic copies may be distributed to any voter via e-mail upon request by that voter.
- The explanation should be made available in hard copy at the Board of Elections office, provided this may be done without placing such copies within or proximate to any one-stop voting activity. Hard copies may be distributed to any voter by mail upon request by that voter.
- The explanation should not be distributed with absentee voting materials nor sample ballots during by-mail or one-stop voting.
- The explanation should not be distributed at the polls on Election Day.
